Our Competitive Rates

 

The following rates are provided as a rough estimate. Though our rates are listed below, we approach each job on an individual basis. We take into account the unique requirements that arise from project to project. Our quotes reflect the different factors involved, such as the level of complexity, difficulty of the text and urgency of the deadline. Please feel free to contact us so we can discuss the details of your project.

Document and Website Translation

English to Chinese
$0.19 - $0.21 per English word

Chinese to English
$0.09 - $0.12 per Chinese character

On-site Interpretation

$99 - $129 per hour (minimum 2 hours).

Conference Call Interpretation

$19 - $29 for each 15 minute intervals (minimum 1 hour).

Payment Methods

We will send you an invoice with a quote for the project. All that is needed for us to begin is a deposit of half of the total fee. At the completion of the work, the existing balance is paid in full. We accept both checks and Paypal.
